Specification
A good specification will pay dividends with all projects. It should focus on the outputs to be delivered rather than on how delivery of those outputs will be achieved.
Enquiry specifications should also cover the following issues:
- Preferred conditions of contract.
- Guarantees, liquidated damages.
- Quality.
- Health and safety.
- Insurance.
